Sydney Airport Car Parking Fees

Filed under: Car Rental Sydney Airport - 19 Jul 2010  | Spread the word !

[Facebook] [Twitter]

The Sydney Airport offers a range of parking options to meet the needs of travelers flying into or out of the busy hub. The Sydney Airport is made up of two types of terminals—domestic and international. Each terminal offers both self parking and valet parking.

Self parking in both terminals is available 24/7. In the domestic terminal parking, the flat rate is A$52.00 per day. Self parking at the international terminal is A$52.00 for the first day, A$156 for the first three days, and A$20.00 per day thereafter. The airport also offers an E-Park Online Rate for people who will be parking for longer periods of time. The first week costs A$182.00, and each subsequent day costs A$20.00.

Valet services are great if you like to feel pampered when you travel. You can even request a car wash and detailing service while you are gone so you come home to a shiny clean car. Valet services for both the domestic and international terminals are available Monday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM. The service does operate on public holidays.

Both international and domestic valet parking cost A$66.00 for the first calendar day. A week of valet parking costs A$366.00, and each day after that is A$30.00.

If you drive a company car and travel frequently on business, your employer may be interested in hearing about the relatively new Frequent Business Traveler (FBT) program which offers valet parking to frequent flyers and freezes the employee fringe benefit taxes on company cars.

Because Sydney Airport is so large, and parking does occasionally fill up, you are encouraged to book your car park entry online in advance of your trip. To pre-book, or for more information about parking at the Sydney Airport, visit Parking.SydneyAirport.com.au.
